15 January, 2024 Richard Dennis We had Xterior replace our roof about 4 years ago.
The work was superior, & their customer service was excellent.
Just a few weeks ago we experienced some serious leakage around, & from our chimney.
I called & after their through inspection was told it wasn't a roof leaking issue, but the sealing on the top of the chimney had eroded, allowing water to enter the chimney directly.
Clearly this wasn't a roof problem, but my needs were handled, the problem fixed, & at a reasonable cost.
Excellent work, excellent customer experience.
If it's a 5 star rating I'd leave a 6 star response.

They worked with the insurance company to make sure everything was correct and accurate.
The install team was incredible! They were on time, very detailed and quick.
These guys are serious about their quality.
They only took breaks for lunch and then were right back at it.
Easy to communicate with and very responsive.
I would highly recommend Xterior to anyone.

Everyone from Ben who came out to give us an estimate to everyone in the office to the crew that came and did the work ,were friendly, easy to talk to and professional.
On top of doing a great job on the roof the crew did an amazing job with clean up- there are always kids at our home So the fact we have not found a missed nail or anything in the yard is great! We would highly recommend the whole team and crew of Xterrrior! He sat with me and explained in details how the process would go he showed me the materials that would be used he let me know that the price wasn't going to be cheap but in the end I would be satisfied and he was right.
Came Monday morning Monday evening my new roof was done.

Pink We got a new metal roof that looks great, new thick siding that looks amazing with the new gutters and a hurricane fence that took forever to get right but Jay made sure it was at the end.
And a new back door that the even rekeyed for us.

The guy Tommy they sent was great definitely ask for him.

Jay stepped up at the end and made sure that we where absolutely happy with each and every aspect of the whole thing like a general manager should do at the end of a large project.

They came out for an estimate at a time that worked best for us, after work on a week day.
We were given a quote, and the man who came out (I want to say is name was Jon) explained all of our options, the insurance they have, payment plan options, and more.
Within two weeks, the materials were delivered to our yard and they started the next day.
They worked on Saturday, Sunday, and cleaned up on Monday.
They ended up having to replace the wood beneath the shingles, but kept us fully informed of everything.
They worked fast and efficiently and even left our yard cleaner than they found it.
The roof looks amazing and flawlessly handled a pretty bad storm about two weeks after it was installed.
