Family is looking for a great nanny to assist with their daughter during after school hours! She is 19 years old and has Down Syndrome.
She is miss independent.
She is able to communicate what is on her mind and can be a bit stubborn in that aspect as she will tell you what she wants to do and likes/doesn't like.
They are working on her being more active- rowing, hiking, walking, etc.
She loves watching hallmark movies, music, painting and drawing, and getting dressed up and going out.
They are looking for a nanny who is patient and understanding, level headed, doesn't take everything seriously or personally, mature, nice, fun, calm, silly but able to be the one in charge as well, take things in stride, and is a team player.
Nanny must be a non-smoker.
They also want to someone to foster their daughters independence and not baby her, but treat her as she is.
Nanny will assist with school pick up, homework, reading, letting the dog out, dishes, laundry, and getting dinner started.
