After School Teacher

We are looking for an experienced and passionate School Teacher to join our team.
The ideal candidate for this position will have a background in education and a passion for teaching.
The successful candidate will be responsible for creating lesson plans, delivering lectures, assessing student performance, and providing guidance to students.
We are looking for an individual who is organized, patient, and has strong communication skills to ensure our students receive the best education possible.
Responsibilities: * Develop lesson plans and instructional materials that meet the needs of all students.
* Create a positive learning environment for students.
* Establish and enforce rules for behavior and procedures for maintaining order among the students.
* Assess student performance and progress to determine appropriate instructional strategies.
* Provide individualized instruction to students who require additional assistance.
* Monitor student attendance and academic progress.
* Communicate with parents regarding student progress and behavior.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $13.
