Summary: Compile order and shipping data by performing the following duties.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following.
Other duties may be assigned.
Utilize computers (Triceps) to process orders, communicate load status, and track information.
Prepare documents to support the operation including separation of POS.
Do inventory counts in the warehouse, using a Triceps hand held device making adjustment to the inventory.
Do associates weekly schedule in VLM and review VLM reports daily - Identify infractions.
Conduct outstanding customer service by answering the phones in a professional manner, locating people, using the PA system, etc.
Complete any additional responsibilities assigned by the Receiving/Shipping Supervisor.
Cross training required.
Follows company's attendance policy by coming to work on time and when scheduled.
Follows company's safety policies and procedures.
